My Journey

As a DevSecFinOps Engineer, I evaluate every system through four lenses: Does it scale? Is it secure? What does it cost? Does it serve the business? This philosophy has guided my work across e-commerce, consulting, and food-tech industries over 7+ years.

I started in DevOps — containerizing applications, automating pipelines, and managing multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Oracle Cloud at Puritec. That foundation led me to Salla, Saudi Arabia's leading e-commerce platform, where I built the compute platform that serves 400 million API requests daily for 70K merchants and their millions of end-customers — EKS clusters, Istio service mesh, ArgoCD GitOps, and Karpenter autoscaling.

Now I'm deep in MLOps territory — building Salla's AI infrastructure from scratch, deploying inference pipelines with vision and embedding models for product categorization at scale, and learning GenAI/LLMs alongside ex-META engineers. I lead with Terraform across every domain — computing, storage, data, cybersecurity, and AI/ML. Every piece of infrastructure I touch is codified, version-controlled, and built to survive the next 10x of growth.
